Permitted uses

• OSINT investigations of locations, infrastructure, and environments
• Journalism and research verifying image provenance
• Photography — identifying where a photo was taken
• Travel — discovering locations from images
• Academic and humanitarian geospatial research

Prohibited uses

• Stalking or harassment — tracking, locating, or surveilling any individual
• Doxxing — identifying private residences or personal locations of individuals
• Unauthorized surveillance — law enforcement use without authorization
• Automated abuse — scraping, bulk processing, or circumventing credit limits
• Illegal activity — any use that violates applicable laws

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement when required by valid legal process.
